Responsible for performing a wide variety of responsible and complex administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for supervisory staff. This position coordinates and participates in office functions in support of the Agency’s goals and objectives. Regular Full-Time.
High school Diploma or equivalent, supplemented by specialized secretarial training. Two years of secretarial experience. Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Database experience. College level course work in business administration, public administration or a related field is desirable. Drug Test & Consent Criminal History required.
