Position is responsible for working with clients to develop a personalized case management plan that addresses their barriers to self-sufficiency. Incumbents are also responsible for the general implementation and supervision of beneficiary programs in their respective counties. Work involves coordinating programs and activities with other public and private agencies.
- Must be a US citizen; have a Permanent Resident Card, or an alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551)
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record (NOT TO EXCEED 6 PTS)
- Must have and maintain a criminal history absent of convictions for violent crimes or for any crime against children.
- Bachelor Degree in social, behavioral or human services field and/or two years of experience working in a community based organizations conducting assessments, utilizing resources in the community to assist low income population.
