This temporary position assists with the administration of the day to day operations of the human resources department. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain applicant files on database
- Employee file maintenance
- Issue recruitment advertisements
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Provides administrative support to HR Staff
- Front-end customer service to employees
- Computer proficiency in Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Must be a US citizen; have a Permanent Resident Card, or an alien Registration Receipt Card (Form I-551)
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record (NOT TO EXCEED 6 PTS)
- Must have and maintain a criminal history absent of convictions for violent crimes or for any crime against children
- Graduate of high school or equivalent.
- One year experience in personnel related field is desirable
